Enter­ing the Age of Mir­a­cles

An Age of Truth Is Return­ing
Many thou­sands of years ago, peo­ple lived in union with God, in a state of divine con­scious­ness. This time was called the Satya Yuga, the age of truth and enlight­en­ment. The world was truly a heaven on Earth. Each per­son had a direct con­nec­tion to the Divine. “In the ancient days, there was no reli­gion,” the saint and sage, Sri Kalesh­war said. “Just pure love prin­ci­ples and divine con­scious­ness.”

The enlight­ened men and women of this time knew who they were and under­stood their unique pur­pose on Earth. They under­stood the laws of nature. They respected and wor­shiped both the Divine Mother and Father ener­gies. They hon­ored the sacred womb energy — the Divine Mother’s cre­ation energy. Through the bless­ings of the Divine Mother, the mir­a­cle energy flowed through them and through their willpower they cre­ated what­ever was needed. Their will was one with God’s and was used in ser­vice of the Divine.

The life span was thou­sands of years long. They were free from self­ish­ness and the suf­fer­ing of old age, dis­ease and death. There was equal­ity between men and women. Women were seen as embod­i­ments of the Divine Mother and their cre­ative capac­ity was revered. The saints and sages mar­ried and cre­ated divine souls through their union. Every­one under­stood the mirac­u­lous energy hid­den in the womb. They knew how to use this sacred time to develop an enlight­ened child. In this way, the world was filled with many enlight­ened souls. Peo­ple were happy and ded­i­cated them­selves to ful­fill­ing the high­est pur­pose of life on Earth.

This time was described in the Indian spir­i­tual epic, the Mahab­harata, this way,

There were no poor and no rich; there was no need to labor, because all that men required was obtained by the power of will; the chief virtue was the aban­don­ment of all worldly desires. There was no dis­ease; there was no less­en­ing with the years; there was no hatred or van­ity, or evil thought; no sor­row, no fear. All mankind could attain supreme blessed­ness.

Com­ing Out of the Dark­ness
We are in a very spe­cial time cycle at this moment in his­tory as we tran­si­tion out of a dark age called the Kali Yuga. An age when the world has degen­er­ated spir­i­tu­ally and turned away from the Divine. The divine incar­na­tion, Lord Krishna, pre­dicted this time would be full of extreme hard­ships for peo­ple with ideals and val­ues. The sage Markandeya described the Kali Yuga, this way:

Avarice and wrath will be com­mon. Humans will openly dis­play ani­mos­ity towards each other. Igno­rance of dharma (duty) will occur. Peo­ple will have thoughts of mur­der with no jus­ti­fi­ca­tion and will see noth­ing wrong in that. Lust will be viewed as socially accept­able, and sex­ual inter­course will be seen as the cen­tral require­ment of life. Sin will increase expo­nen­tially as virtue will fade and cease to flour­ish. Peo­ple will take vows and break them soon after. Peo­ple will become addicted to intox­i­cat­ing drinks and drugs. Gurus will no longer be respected, and their stu­dents will attempt to injure them. Their teach­ings will be insulted, kama (sex­ual desire) will wrest con­trol of the mind of human beings. Priests will not be learned or hon­ored; war­riors will not be brave; mer­chants will not be just in their deal­ings.

Dur­ing this tran­si­tion, we will face many chal­lenges as the world goes through a nec­es­sary purifi­ca­tion process. These chal­lenges will be a cat­a­lyst for souls to turn toward to spir­i­tual ideals and val­ues. Faith will be the only refuge dur­ing these times, and lov­ing and car­ing for one another will become a neces­sity. These chal­lenges will serve to awaken human­ity to their real pur­pose.

The Great Awak­en­ing
It is a unique char­ac­ter­is­tic of this time, more than any other in his­tory, that it is eas­ier for souls to reach enlight­en­ment than ever before. It will be the spir­i­tual birth of many enlight­ened mirac­u­lous souls on the planet. As Swami Vivekananda described, “In time to come, Christs will be in num­bers like bunches of grapes on a vine.” That time has started.

The Vishnu Purana describes the great awak­en­ing this way,
The minds of those who live at the end of the [dark­est age] shall be awak­ened, and shall be as clear as crys­tal. The men who are trans­formed by the nature of that unique time will be the seeds of new human beings. They shall give birth to a race who will fol­low the laws of the Age of Truth, the age of purity.

The Ancient Mis­sion of the Saints and Sages
The saints and sages have been work­ing toward this time of global awak­en­ing. It has been the mis­sion of saints over mil­len­nia to raise human con­scious­ness. They worked together with Mother Mary for thou­sands of years to pre­pare for the birth of Jesus, who sig­ni­fied the birth of a new gen­er­a­tion of human beings who have real­ized their divine poten­tial.

The sap­tar­ishis, the seven great sages of the ancient Vedic tra­di­tion, have been incar­nat­ing on Earth life­time after life­time for this pur­pose as Shirdi Baba, Babaji, Ramakr­ishna Parama­hamsa, Sri Kalesh­war, Swami Vivekananda, Ramana Maharshi. Innu­mer­able other saints have been work­ing toward this aim impor­tantly among them Mary, the mother of Jesus.

This ancient mis­sion saw Mary born into the mys­ti­cal Jew­ish tra­di­tion. She had been pre­pared for many life­times to be the vehi­cle of the soul that we know as Jesus. This was part of the sap­tar­ishis’ plan for human­ity. Through her, came the birth of Jesus, and she is now help­ing to guide the birth of Christ con­scious­ness in the world.

Yogananda described the hid­den work of divine mas­ters this way,
Babaji is in con­stant com­mu­nion with Christ; together they send out vibra­tions of redemp­tion and have planned the spir­i­tual tech­nique of sal­va­tion for this age.

Jesus asked Babaji to send some­one to the West to teach about the unity of his teach­ings and those from ancient India. “In the cos­mic plan,” Yogananda later, “the time had come to com­bine these two lines into one. East and West must unite.” Babaji first sent his dis­ci­ple, Lahiri Mahasaya. Later Jesus asked Babaji to send some­one to the West so peo­ple could learn the sci­ence of directly com­mu­ni­cat­ing with God. Babaji sent Yogananda. Then 60 years later, Sri Kalesh­war shared,

“My mis­sion is to bring Jesus’ life in a beau­ti­ful way to the planet and to pre­pare my stu­dents to be like Jesus – the Jesus Gen­er­a­tion – by the grace of Mother. I am prepar­ing the strongest heal­ers to cre­ate real true love and a peace­ful atmos­phere on the planet. That day is com­ing; that time is com­ing. To ful­fill his mis­sion, I took the help of a few more saints, Shirdi Baba, Ramakr­ishna Parama­hamsa, Babaji, Ramana Maharshi, as strong souls around me. There are dis­ci­ples of Jesus now com­ing on the globe. That’s a golden state­ment. They will demon­strate equal to and more than what he did. Not only Jesus Christ, Shirdi Baba, Bud­dha, Ramakr­ishna Parama­hamsa, Yogananda and Vivekananda, but your life needs to be a sym­bol to your neigh­bors, to your coun­try, to the globe. There are only thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, one hun­dred like them. Why can’t it be thou­sands? After 2000, Jesus’ energy started work­ing strongly on this planet with a lot of other mas­ters help­ing. Sup­pose I am devoted to Shirdi Baba and I’m very faith­ful and hon­est to him but even if I med­i­tate on Baba, Jesus’s energy is com­ing.

The Divine Mother, the sap­tar­ishis, Mary and many great saints and sages have been prepar­ing us for this time. Now we must do our part and make use of this great bless­ing.

This is the fruit of the ancient knowl­edge that Swami brought out; the mis­sion that the Mahar­ishis have been pur­su­ing for mil­len­nia, and the real value of the ancient knowl­edge. When I read this I feel I am glimps­ing the future and it’s such a thrill because I know absolutely this is what will be. It’s only a mat­ter of con­scious­ness. The more peo­ple prac­tice these tech­niques, the more that con­scious­ness will grow within them and spread in the world. Drop by drop, as our beloved said, until the bucket is over­flow­ing.

The con­cept of chang­ing world con­scious­ness used to be incon­ceiv­able for me. Now it really doesn’t seem so daunt­ing because again and again I see the results for those who prac­tice this knowl­edge and now oth­ers are start­ing to rec­og­nize that as well. We have the priv­iledge to wit­ness that unfold­ing of that trans­for­ma­tion. How mar­velous. How Divine!
